Meet Manuel
I owe a lot to San Diego, and I give back to it as a Real Estate Agent.
I moved to San Diego in 2001 from the small, arid border town of Mexicali, Baja California, and have proudly called San Diego home ever since.
In San Diego, I received an education, became a triathlete, a surfer, a motorcyclist, a sports car enthusiast, and a sailor. Most importantly, San Diego is where I met my amazing wife and the mother of our two beautiful children.
Over the years, I have enjoyed everything San Diego has to offer—from the beaches and urban lifestyle to the mountains and desert. Along the way, I've come to know this city like the back of my hand.
I also became a Real Estate Agent.
My passion for real estate began when I purchased my first property—a small, older condo. I remodeled it, lived in it, and eventually converted it into a profitable rental property. I then used its equity to upgrade to the home my family proudly calls home today. That experience showed me firsthand the power of homeownership and how real estate can improve both your life and your wealth.
Now, as a Real Estate Agent, I help folks harness that same power. I teach and learn from buyers, sellers, and investors every day as I help them improve their lives through real estate.
In that way, I give back to San Diego by helping others enjoy San Diego.
I'd love to help you too.
